About Us
Home grown, we are an interdenominational and inter-cultural group with participants from various Christian ministries and faith groups, as well as contributors from cultural associations. Current and key from among these groups are clerics and leaders from major church, faith and community circles such as:

The Anglican Church (Church of England), the Methodist Church, the Reformed Churches, and the Pentecostal Churches:Islam, Hinduism and Sikhism in the main.
Organisations from our host (British) and other (e.g.  Asian, African-Caribbean / West Indian and African) communities.

We are served by a leadership team made up of: a Chairman, a Director, a Proctor, a  Partnership Representative,  an Administrative Almoner, a Secretarial Assistant, and a Patron.

Doubly associated as a charity, the Chaplaincy is a trustee group of Thames Educational Institute and a member of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations.

The Community Mission Chaplaincy (CMC) is a Greater London Ecumenical and Cross-cultural Project for social action and religious appropriation. Founded in 1995, it is a voluntary organisation seeking to bring people together and encouraging meaningful participation of people of faith and culture in the wider community.
